AMIE'S MISSION, MINA'S VISION

I started AMIE to deliver a luxury accessory brand that re-imagines your basic hair accessories. As someone who wore a lot of hair accessories to school, to bed, to the supermarket, or for a day out, I struggled with finding accessories that reflected my personality and protected my hair at the same time. Polyester/satin scarves with the same basic designs, black rubber bands, and cotton headbands did nothing to protect the delicate nature of my hair. After much research and testing, I selected silk because it's a natural fiber that regulates temperature, retains moisture, and prevents breakage and split ends. AMIE products are developed with bold unique prints and vivid intense colors that allow you to express your style and individuality. At AMIE, we hope your hair accessories are more than an afterthought. "Re-imagine your basic hair accessories and elevate your look with AMIE."

At AMIE, sustainability is not an afterthought; we are committed to exemplifying our passion for sustainability and reducing negative impact on the environment. One way we are doing this is by shipping our products without any single use promotional paper materials, plastic, and packaging. AMIE products are also made in small batches, maximizing fabric and eliminating waste. Sustainability does not have a single definition. Therefore, as AMIE continues to grow, we will continue to re-evaluate & elevate our commitment to sustainability.
